SHIPPING

Processing Times
Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. During busy periods this may increase slightly, but I will always keep you updated.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days
Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
International Delivery
International orders are welcome. Delivery times vary by country. Any customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre Orders
If an item is marked as a pre order it will include an estimated dispatch window on the product page. If you purchase in stock items alongside pre order items, they will be shipped together unless stated otherwise.

RETURNS

I want you to love your Purely Mini pieces. If something is not quite right you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in the original condition
• with all tags and packaging

How to Start a Return
Please email hello@purelymini.co.uk with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return is approved you will receive instructions on where to send your parcel. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked service to make sure your parcel arrives safely. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and checked.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size you can request an exchange within 14 days. Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the size you want is not in stock you may choose a refund instead.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can help. If your parcel is lost by the courier I will work with them to resolve it as quickly as possible.
